Chai Soul Weekend Retreat - Digital Detox

Get out of the city and embrace the beautiful mountainous views of South Wales. Our home for the retreat is a tastefully converted 17th century barn which combines the feel of ancient Wales with touches of modern luxury including a hot tub and steam shower for a Turkish bath experience. We’ll wake up to stunning views with gorgeous walks in every direction.

We'll disconnect from our digital devices and enjoy a weekend of relaxation, yoga, good food and beautiful views.  

What’s included:

· All meals, tea/coffee and snacks throughout the day

· 4 yoga classes

        - In the mornings we will have an energetic vinyasa practise to get you feeling refreshed and ready to enjoy your day

        - Our evening practise will be a much gentler, more restorative practise to help you enter a state of deep relaxation

All rooms are shared/twin rooms, if you are coming alone I can arrange an introduction with your roomie ahead of the retreat.

We'll have a range of offline activities for you to enjoy throughout the weekend, whether you want to read in a cosy corner, get creative with crafts or go exploring in the great outdoors.
