YOGA FOR MEN

November or Movember aims raise awareness of Men's mental health focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion.   In spirit of this Chai Soul is hosting a free online taster class exclusively for men.

There are many misconceptions about Yoga and what it takes to practise but the truth is Yoga is for every one regardless of age, gender, race and size.  Yoga has a range of benefits of mental, physical and emotional health.

This gentle vinyasa class will introduce you to the basics of yoga. Not only can you practice in the comfort of your own home, it's absolutely free!

AUTUMN RELEASE

A 6 week journey where we will slow down, reconnect and release.

Starting on 28th October you will have 2 live online classes each week, suitable for all levels.  
​We will incorporate Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and Meditation.

 

Each class will be lovingly designed to relieve stress, create space for inner connection and to cultivate self love.
